For a skin-saving seasonal salad, puck up some spinach, mustard greens, or kale. Chop and toss with fruits like grapefruit, oranges, sliced apples, or pomegranate seeds. Add beans or nuts for a plant-based protein boost. Top with avocado for healthy fats that help skin glow.
