on Tuesday, March 25th, 2008 Malaria confirmation won’t take hours anymore. The Binax NOW Malaria Test is a quick and simple way to detect malaria. It involves placing a few drops of whole blood on a dipstick. The results can be had in 15 minutes. The results, which have to 95 percent accuracy, still have to be re-confirmed using standard laboratory tests.
