Can I have a chiseled face with cardio exercise?

Cardio exercise reduces bodyfat, including on the face. In fact, the face is one of the first areas in which many people notice weight loss when they go on a diet and start exercising. However, whether you ultimately can have a chiseled look depends on the facial bone structure you inherited. You might also find helpful some of the neck-stretching exercises in yoga, which help firm the neck and jawline. Keep in mind that the chiseled look you see in pictures of models is often due to makeup, lighting, and digital editing techniques.
