Workout and Nutrition Tips by Jason GremleyOver the next few days we will have some great workout and nutrition tips right from the man referred to as “Mr. Perfect” by Men’s Workout magazine, Jason Gremley.

Jason received a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from North Park University, where he was a running back on the school’s football team. He has won several natural bodybuilding contests. He now runs Insight Fitness LLC providing fitness information and inspiration to everyone interested in improving their bodies and their lives overall.

There is currently an avalanche of both good information and misinformation about exercise and nutrition. Jason gives you straightforward, practical advice based on experience as well as the latest research. He will also expose the fallacies behind fad diets and the exercise gimmicks you see advertised on TV.
