Decline push-upPut yourself in position for a standard push-up, but prop your feet up on a bench. Hands are sholders’ width apart and at chest level. Keep your eyes focused on the floor and lower your body just until or just before your nose touches the floor. You will feel the stretch in the chest as you lower yourself down, breathing in as you go. Exhale as you press up. This push-up hits the highest part of the chest and the definition under the pec.

Be careful not to use this exercise if your heart rate is up because it may lead to dizziness.
